Good news: This week, clamshells of a favorite spring varietal, Lemon Balm, normally $20, will be released for $14.75. Same quality ingredient you're all used to, just cheaper!

Ok, we want to pick your brains… How do you conceptualize the infamous "salad"? Do you take a traditional approach? Or look for a new twist? Maybe it's your customers' desires that come first. It's nice to take a step back and put ourselves in your shoes. Your inspiration guides our produce from dirt to plate. If you have some thoughts or requests, we'd enjoy a dialog. It makes us better farmers and helps us exceed your expectations and your customers'.

Happenings at the farm: Have you heard of papalo? It's a Mexican herb with incredible citrus and coriander notes - a variation of cilantro with a flavor and visual appeal all its own. We have samples of papalo, quinoa, mixed radish sprouts, lemongrass ready to rock! Follow-up plantings are inbound. Holla with requests!

Looking ahead: We are 1 week away from variegated nasturtiums. They're green with stripes and blotches of white and yellow. Quite lovely.
